Last week, I spent more than two hours trying to book two flights on Air Asia's new website. Normally as easy as choosing a flight, keying in credit card information and pressing "Pay", Air Asia's website and online booking system seem to have made that now impossible. The choosing flights was easy, the keying in credit card (or, in my case, debit card) information took ten seconds, but when it came to "Pay", it just didn't work.
